The Mast CDL Training & Pro Driver Program
Join one of just a few CDL training programs where you’re a paid employee on Day 1. It’s a CDL school and driver training program combined. Our strategic approach means you get your CDL,
real-world, hands-on training, and a proven path to become a pro driver over the course of the
one-year program. It’s your opportunity to dive into a new career and get financial freedom.
Here’s how it works.
Your Career Roadmap
Phase 1: Mast 1.0
Weeks 1-4
- Get introduced to the industry
- Experience road driving and backing maneuvers
- Go through classroom instruction
- Earn your Class A CDL
- Monday through Friday Schedule
- Lodging provided during training
At week 2, you have the opportunity to make a choice: leave the program
with no strings attached – or commit to the Mast Pro Driver year-long
training program.
Phase 2: Mast 2.0
Weeks 5-8- Get on-the-job training over the road with an experienced driver while logging 11,000 miles
- Live in the truck and understand life on the road
- Deliver challenging freight
- Gain valuable real-world experience driving and backing, planning routes, doing paperwork, learning best practices for refrigeration operation and cargo securement
Phase 3: Mast 3.0
Weeks 9-52
- Drive with a teammate and continued support
- Go through regular check ins with training, dispatch and safety teams
- Increased earning potential based on performance
- Choose from 2 schedule options
