100,000 miles on your own
In this phase, we’ll assign you a truck that you’ll drive on your own for the rest of the time it
takes you to complete 100,000 (this total includes any miles driven during Mast 1.0 and 2.0).
This usually takes about a year.
Get Started Strong
- Get started with the keys to your very own truck
- Get familiar with your equipment through a personalized truck orientation
- Mentorship at your disposal to guide you through every step of your day (instructors, dispatchers, operations, driver coach)
- Complete your 30-day review with your driver manager
- Regular review of your performance, driving behaviors, recorded events, and continue safety training and education.
Day 31 to Completion: Pick Your Schedule
- For the rest of your 100,00 miles, continue to take advantage of your driver coach and other support.
- You’ll meet with the driver coach and safety department every month to review your driving behaviors, recorded events, and Pro Driver Scorecard performance, and continue safety training and education.
- Choose the schedule that works for you.
Schedule options
Option 1
- Assigned Truck
- For every 6 days worked, take 1 day off
- Out for a minimum of 14 days
Option 2
- Out for 21 days, 7 days off
- Slip Seat (No Assigned Truck)
Pay Structure & Benefits
- $45,000 - $60,000 in your first year (with increased earning potential after you reach 100,000 miles)
- Health, vision and dental insurance (after 90 days)
- Team: $.30-$.38 CPM, SOLO: $0.55-$0.65 cents per mile (CPM)
- Additional perks like stop pay, scorecard bonus, delivery detention and referral bonus.
